Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations the day of or within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
I also require a nonrefundable appointment retainer fee at the time of booking for major services such as Hair Extensions, Color, Highlights & Blonding. The retainer fee will be subtracted from your total service cost the day of your scheduled appointment.
